1) Why we started

Crypto teams live across dashboards, bots, and scripts. Signals get missed; actions are manual; context is lost. Neuroiva began as an internal tool to unify those signals and route them to trusted actions with guardrails. The goal is simple: fewer tabs, faster reactions, and transparent automation for communities.

2) What we’re building

• Watch: wallet activity, DEX pairs, governance, social feeds, and custom webhooks.
• Think: policy checks, cooldowns, reputation scores, rate limits, and model routing.
• Act: post to X/Discord/Telegram, publish alerts, or execute simulated swaps with policy keys.

Everything runs in Sandbox first, then promotes to live with the same config. Full logs and replays for every action.

3) Architecture (concept)

• Event Ingest: chain listeners + webhooks + API connectors
• Decision Layer: rule engine + LLM router (multi‑model, cost/latency aware)
• Action Layer: policy-based signing, dry‑run sims, audit log
• Builder: no‑code canvas for blocks, versions, and team roles

4) Use cases

• New pair watcher with LP/ownership checks → auto post summary.
• DAO proposal tracker → compile debate notes → push digest.
• Wallet reputation guard → throttle shill posts, flag risky flows.

5) Roadmap (high‑level)

• Q3: Public sandbox, shareable flows, basic templates
• Q4: Multi‑chain SDK, advanced policy keys, team workspaces
• Q1: Marketplace for community flows and community analytics
